Unaccompanied Home Service
The unaccompanied service involves the Consultant undertaking a detailed property inspection without the client and then providing a comprehensive insight with the aid of photographs and detailed property descriptions, into each of the preferred shortlisted properties that meet the client’s criteria.
The Unaccompanied Home Service includes:
Communication is conducted prior to the client’s arrival via email, telephone or Skype/Face time, to obtain a verbal briefing of their preferred housing and schooling requirements. Further to this a detailed relocation questionnaire is then provided for the client to confirm their housing/education criteria.
Property search and selection – Once the area and type of home you require has been established, a selection of properties available on the market will be provided for appropriate inspection.
Communication with property managers – RWR will liaise accordingly with the property manager/real estate agent to access the homes for inspection on your behalf. RWR can conduct inspections on a private basis (one on one) with the property manager if the property is vacant or if the current tenants are flexible to opening their property outside listed open times.
Negotiations with Property Managers– RWR will assist in negotiating on your behalf an appropriate weekly rental amount on the desired property. This will also include length of tenancy, date of entry and cleaning or decorating requirements.
Referral to/or arrangement of associated relocation services – i.e. preferred removal companies, furniture rentals and pet carriers.
RWR can assist in transferring and connection of utilities into the clients name if this has not been completed by the property manager prior.
